What an A+ BBB Rating Really Means
The BBB grades businesses on 13 factors. Here’s how a company earns an A+, and what ours reflects.
Ask around about how people pick a cleaning company and the Better Business Bureau comes up a lot. It’s worth knowing what that letter grade actually measures, especially when the company is coming into your home.
How the BBB Grades a Business
The BBB looks at 13 things, and the number of complaints is only one of them. Truth in advertising, transparent business practices, proper licensing, how quickly a company responds to customers, how it protects privacy, and any government action against it all count too. Each factor is weighted, and the result is a score from 0 to 100 that maps to a letter, A+ through F. An A+ takes a score between 97 and 100.
Think of it as a report card. One strong subject doesn’t get you top marks. An A+ means the business does well across the board.
What Our A+ Reflects
We’re accredited by the BBB and hold an A+. Our clients and our cleaners earned that as much as we did. It comes down to four things:
Customer service. W
Trustworthiness. W
Reliability. W
Business ethics. W
We’re Google Verified Too
Google also backs us with its Verified badge. To get it, we passed Google’s background checks and met its standards for business practices.
Why It Matters When You Hire a Cleaner
A cleaning company works in your home, often while you’re out. Independent checks like a BBB grade and Google Verified status let you see a company’s track record before you book. They don’t replace a good conversation, but they’re a solid place to start.
Is an A+ Rating the Same as BBB Accreditation?
No. The letter grade is how the BBB scores a business against its criteria, and accreditation is a separate status. We have both.
